No. Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact Customer Service to request cancellation and place a new order.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been collected by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders using standard shipping will
generally be dispatched within the next business day.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM WIB
using eligible Grab Same Day or Instant services will normally be dispatched
the same day.

Returns and Refunds

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
No. League World does not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, color, or product, you must return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, damaged item, or incorrect item supplied by League World.
Do not send products until your return request has been reviewed and approved by Customer Service. The return address will be provided once your return has been authorised.
Yes. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance products discounted by 40% or more
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage or alteration
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products returned outside the permitted return period
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Where this is not possible, refunds may be paid to a verified bank account provided by the customer.
Refund processing may take up to 14
business days after approval.
Warranty
Yes. League products carry a 3-month
warranty against manufacturing defects from the original purchase date (Certain exclusions apply)
Manufacturing defects may include faults in materials or workmanship that occur during normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
- Improper storage or care
- Product modifications
- Unauthorised repairs
- Clearance products discounted by 40% or more
- Products sold as seconds or non-first-quality products

purchase may be requested.

All products must be inspected and League World reserves sole discretion to determine whether a claim qualifies under warranty.
Where a claim is approved, League World may offer repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at its discretion.
Stores
Yes. Certain online purchases may be returned through participating League stores following approval from Customer
Service.

No. Products purchased from a physical store must be returned to the original store of purchase and are subject to that store's return policy.

Yes. Membership points are expected to expire 12 months after they are earned, subject to programme terms and conditions.
Promotions and Discounts
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions, vouchers, discounts, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits cannot be combined.
Refunds will be adjusted to reflect discounts, vouchers, cashback, rewards points, or other promotional benefits used on the original purchase.
Orders refused by the recipient may be treated as a return. Original shipping charges and any additional return costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
